Educational Program Focus: 4-H in Canada is a rural, community-based organization which develops life skills such as citizenship, leadership, cooperation, responsibility and independence in Canadian youth through achievement in skill-development projects. 4-H is active primarily in rural communities whose economies are based on agriculture and natural resources.
