Educational Program Focus: The Finnish 4H Federation is a counselling organization teaching practical skills to young people: Lead others, Express themselves, Respect others, Adapt to change, Be responsible, Make decisions, Generate income through their own projects, Explore career alternatives. The 4H program supplements the secondary school education by teaching manual skills and by encouraging young people to start their own projects.
Other Resources: Publishes the magazine "Pilke" with eight issues per year.
