Purpose/Mission:
4-H is a working method to develop young people who are self-directing, productive and contributing members of society

Educational Program Focus: Each member or each club chooses projects to work with, either alone or in groups. The projects can be e.g. animal rearing, vegetable growing, woodwork, tailoring, art, improving local surroundings, or other projects. Through the projects the members gain practical skills in line with the 4-H motto, “Learning by doing.”
