Purpose: To seek healthy development of members and to contribute to Japan's agriculture and agricultural community through cooperation among members at both national and prefectural levels.

Pledge/Promise: We have the following four pledges to improve our skills through actual work and at the same time, to create better agricultural community and better Japan by helping each other.

  • We foster our Heart with rich sincerity and friendship
  • We enrich our Health to live cheerfully and work healthy

Educational Program Focus: Conference to train current leaders and to secure future leaders. Training programs for young female farmers to proceed future activities through discussing various issues and seeking solutions for these issues. National exchange program to exchange knowledge and technology among young farmers, to deepen friendship and to foster self-confidence and self-esteem. National young farmers conference to report the results of their experience who are working on the improvement of agriculture and agricultural village environment.
