Purpose and Mission : 4H Youth Development Education creates supportive environments for culturally diverse youth and adults to reach their fullest potential. In support of this mission, we will:

• Provide formal and non-formal community focused experiential learning
• Develop skill that benefit youth throughout life
• Foster leadership and volunteerism in youth and adults
• Build internal and external partnerships for programming and funding
• Strengthen families and communities
• Provide counseling and trauma healing for youth and adult

Educational Focus :

• To develop a quality new generation of young farmers who will cope with commercial, cooperative farming.
• To educate and train young people with life time skill to prepare them for the future careers and provide trained contributing future leaders.
• To organize social gathering like rallies, field trips, camps, conferences and seminars with a view to train and teach them modern methods of farming and other matters affecting their day to day life.
