Purpose/Mission: Korea 4-H Assoication (KFA) promotes and encourgages young people to learn through 4-H activities that provide educational training and support, curriculum development, and foster innovation by working together as catalysts for positive change.

Pledge/Promise: I pledge my Head to clearer thinking, my Heart to greater loyalty, my Hands to larger service, and my Health to better living, for my club, my community, and my country.

Educational Program Focus:
- Young Farmers 4-H members (ages 20-29): to foster the "new farmer" who shall carry out a fundamental role in agricultural and rural development. Try to generate a qualified new generation and cope with commercial farming.
- Student 4-H members (ages 9-19): to develop 4-H youth in reaching their fullest potential and as well-rounded citizens through diverse 4-H activities, including a love for the agricultural environment and nature.
