Purpose/Mission: To advance the 4-H youth development movement to build a world in which youth can learn, grow, and work together to become economically independent and responsible adults.

Educational Program Focus:

Educational: “Learning by doing.” Providing support to members to become knowledgeable and skilled to manage agricultural and small-scale production better, awareness to the environment and conservation skills/motivation including tree painting, environmental cleanness and respect of biodiversity. Youth access practical agricultural education and rural production oriented activities so as to become future producers of Tanzania.

Economical: “Earning while learning.” The organization promotes entrepreneurial thinking in wealth creation. 4-H club members engage themselves during extra-curriculum period with income generation activities (IGA) in their localities.

Socio-political: Promote thinking towards democratic and gender balance awareness among youths during the election of club leaders and while conducting club business.
