National 4-H Council

J.C. Penney Hall at National 4-H CenterNational 4-H Council is the private, not-for-profit partner with the National 4-H Headquarters and CSREES, USDA, at the national level. Council works to bring private sector support to 4-H programs and initiatives at the national, state and local levels.

National 4-H Council operates the National 4-H Youth Conference Center in Chevy Chase, Maryland, which is the home for Citizenship Washington Focus and National 4-H Conference.

Their National 4-H Supply Service is the premier source for 4-H emblemized clothing and merchandise. The Clover Corner News blog keeps the 4-H community informed about 4-H news stories and information.

The National 4-H Photography Contest conducted by Council honors winning 4-H photographs from across the country for use in the national 4-H calendar and display at the 4-H Center.

Council connects private support and resources to special programs and initiatives like 4-H Afterschool, the 4-H USA Web site, and a series of 4-H community grants.
