"Understanding the 4-H Workforce: Staffing, Structures and Salaries." Results from the 4-H National Headquarters' survey of the 4-H workforce provides baseline data about 4-H staffing structures and salaries ranges across the United States as reported by state Extension 4-H program leadership. The study was authored by Dr. Kirk Astroth, at the 4-H Center for Youth Development, Montana State University.
